How far away can I hear the beep?

Its range is 60+ feet, it may be a short game of hot and cold

How long will a full charge last?

The charge will depend on use, how often it is lost and Find My Clicker features activated, and if you consistently keep it on the charging dock. We tested 72 hours off the base with regular use. However, we do suggest docking the remote every night before you go to bed to ensure optimum battery performance. But for just in cases, Clicker will give a low battery notification.

Will I need a USB wall block?

Find My Clicker includes a USB wall block for your convenience.

Am I missing pieces, what’s the USB port for?

Nope! You’re not missing pieces! We figured making the best remote on the market gets even better if it can charge your USB chargeable devices too!

Can I access my streaming apps with Find my Clicker?

Short answer, absolutely! Smart TV; Once the remote is paired to your TV simply press the home button on the remote to pull up Smart TV menu. Streaming/Cable Box; once you pair the remote to your TV you’ll want to pair the remote with your streaming device. You can do it all at the same time, super quick and easy! Use the STRM button to go to your streaming platform

Why isn’t my TV pairing with the remote? It says “Key test succeeded” but it’s not turning off the TV

2 possibilities: 1. “Key test succeeded” means the app sent the signal, your TV didn’t receive the signal (which means it wasn’t the right code for your specific tv model), click no to allow the app to “match the next set”. Some brands have more codes than others. 2. Your TV may recognize more than one brand. For example, ONN brand may not pair under ONN in the FMC app. ONN can also be a Roku TV. Be sure you’re connecting to the correct TV brand.

Clicker and Base Paired, TV and Clicker paired (successful pairing WILL turn your tv off) but Clicker isn’t doing anything?

Be sure to push the TV (or whatever source you’re trying to control) button on the Clicker. Viola! Enjoy the greatest Universal TV remote known to man!

Samsung device not connecting?

Samsung firmware must be the most current. Find out if your Samsung firmware is the most up to date here [samsung firmware check hyperlink].

Remote lock not working?

Go into FMC app and follow directions to update the Clicker’s firmware to access this awesome child/pet proof feature!
